An apology from your Webminister.
As many of you know I've been talking about re-organizing this website for a while. While trying to figure out how best to do that, regretfully, I have let some of the information become out of date. You have my sincerest apologies.
To rectify the situation I have decided rather than one massive update, I'm going to do it piece by piece. I will try to keep disruptions to a minumum, but feel free to let me know if I've missed something at webminister@noiregarde.org.
